摘要
正常成人红细胞与大肠杆菌脂多糖温育后,胞膜蛋白激酶C活性显著增加,脂多糖这种作用呈现剂量和时间依赖性。结果提示脂多糖能激活红细胞蛋白激酶C。
Membrane-associated protein kinase C activity was significantly increased after normal human erythrocytes were incubated with, lipopolysaccharide. The effect was dose and time dependent. The results indicate that protein kinase C is activated by lipopolysaocharide in intact human erythrocytes.
