摘要
阐述医学与伦理学的主要区分点以及伦理学评价的基本框架,从而对严重智力低下者实行绝育的伦理依据作了进一步的论证。
The main points distinguising ethics from medicine and the frame on which the ethical comments developed have been stated in this article. The further ethical reasonnings have been put forward to exert sterilization on the individule suffering from mental handicap.
