摘要
目的探讨颅中窝血管瘤型脑膜瘤的术前准备、手术方法和术中注意事项。方法对17例颅中窝血管瘤型脑膜瘤病人行手术治疗,3例术后行放射治疗。结果SimpsonⅡ级切除14例,次全切除2例,电凝皱缩1例。随访6个月～15年,2例复发。结论术前脑血管造影是必要的;颞下经颧弓入路视野开阔,便于处理肿瘤基底和增生骨质;术后放射治疗可能减少复发。
Objective To explore the preparation of preoperation, operation methods of Hemangimatous meningioma. Methods 17 cases were operated, 3 cases were given radiotheraphy after surgical excision. Results 14 cases were performed Simpson Ⅱ grade excision, 2 subtotal excision, 1 electric coagulation. Followed from 6 months to 15 years, 2 cases recurred. Conclusion DSA is needed before the operation. Subtemporal-transzygomatic approach can provide a wide exposure. Postoperative radiotherapy can decrease recurrence.
