How to build educational syslem of medical efhics having Chinese characteristics is one of the problems being badly in need of solution to current education of medical ethics. The prper summarized and analyzed the existing eonditions of medical ethics education and put forward guidline, conternt, method and system of medical ethics education having Chinese characteristics for discussion in educational, medical and academic community.
