摘要
研制了雷尼替丁PVC膜离子选择性电极,Nernst响应范围为3.0×10^(-5)~3.0×10^(-2)mol/L,电极响应快,重现性好,寿命长。还用微分脉冲极谱法研究了雷尼替丁的电化学行为及测定条件。两种方法直接用于药物制剂中雷尼替丁的测定,简便快速,结果良好。
The construction and performance chracteristics of a PVC mem-brane ranitidine ion selective electrode were reported.The electrode showed Ner-nstian response over the ranitidine concentration range of 3.0×10^(-5)~3.0×10^(-2)mol/L;and gave fast response and good reproducibility.The ranitidine ion selectiveelectrode and differential pulse polarographic methods have been applied satisfac-torily to the determination of ranitidine in pharmaceutical preparations.
