摘要
本文以心电图、心脏收缩时间间期及心肌病理检查等指标研究柔红霉素(DNR)、阿霉素(ADM及阿克拉霉素-B(ACM-B)三种蒽环类药物对家兔的急性心脏毒性。结果表明 ADM 和 ACM-B 可引起心律失常,三种药物均引起心功能损伤和心肌毒性变化。
Cardiotoxicity of daunorubicin(DNR),adriamycin(ADM)and
aclacinomycin-B(ACM-B)in rabbits has been investigated by electrocardiogram,
systolic time interval(STI)and pathoanatomic examination of myocardium.
The results showed that ADM,and ACM-B could cause arrhythmia,all three
drugs could cause damage of cardiac function and toxic change of myocardium.
