摘要
目的 探讨大剂量吲哚美辛对大鼠盐酸吸入性肺损伤的作用。方法 健康Wistar大鼠随机分成吲哚美辛组 (n=2 8)和对照组 (n =2 8)。吲哚美辛组用 5mg/ml吲哚美辛灌胃两天 ,每天 30mg ,实验前 30min加用 15mg ;对照组用生理盐水灌胃。动态观察支气管肺泡灌洗液中蛋白含量、动脉血气和肺组织形态学的变化。结果 0 .5、1、2h吲哚美辛组支气管肺泡灌洗液中蛋白含量明显低于对照组 ,吲哚美辛组镜检炎症变化和肺水肿较对照组明显减轻。在 2h时吲哚美辛组动脉血氧分压显著高于对照组。
Objective To investigate the effect of large dose of indomethacin on rat lung injury induced by aspiration of hydrochloric acid.Methods Fifty-six Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: indomethacin-treated group (IG) and control group (CG). IG was treated with indomethacin at 30 mg/day for 2 days and 15 mg half an h before experiment. CG was treated with an equal amount of normal saline. Protein contents in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) was measured, arterial blood analyses were performed and histological changes of lung were observed 0, 0.5, 1, 2 h after hydrochloric acid aspiration.Results The protein contents in BALF of IG were significantly decreased and the inflammation changes and the pulmonary edema of IG were attenuated as compared with those in CG. The arterial blood PaO 2 in IG was much higher than in the CG after 2 h.Conclusion Large dose of indomethacin may partially protect the lung injury induced by aspiration of hydrochloric acid.
