摘要
从17株球菌筛得一株粪链球菌(Streptococcus faecalis)和一株乳酸片球菌(Pedicoccus acidi-lactici Lindner),能产生乳酸氧化酶(Lactate oxidase)(E.C.1.1.3.2)。本文对粪链球菌的培养条件和产酶条件如碳源、氮源、特异诱导物、接种量等以及生长曲线进行研究,使摇瓶发酵液的酶活达200～260u/L。
Streptococcus faecalis and Pediococcus acidilactici Lindner producing lactate oxidase had been screened from 17 strains of microorganisms.Thefermentation eonditions for Streptococcus faecalis including carbon source,nitrogensource,specific inductive substances,and growth curve had been studied.Underthe optimal conditions the yield of lactate oxidase was 200～260 units/L in shakeculture.
