摘要
合成了赛拉嗪(I_2)的3类类似物共33个,其中27个是新化合物,初步药理试验表明,Ⅰ、Ⅱ类的镇痛和肌松作用较好,Ⅲ类作用较弱。其油水分配系数与镇痛作用并无明显关系。其中 I_9的作用比 I_2略强。
Thirty three analogs of xylazine were synthesized.Preliminary pharmacological tests in mice showed that compound I_9 exhibited analgesic andmusclerelaxant effects slightly more potent than xylazine.No significant structure-activity relationships were found with respect to the oil-water partition coefficient.
