摘要
目的 :获得新生猪牙胚的差异表达基因。方法 :利用消减杂交方法获得新生猪前后恒牙胚的差异表达基因 ,并通过反向点杂交排除假阳性 ,尔后进行测序定性分析。结果 :通过消减杂交获得Wnt6基因。结论
Objective:To obtain the differentially expressed genes from subtractive gene library of pig incisor and molar patterning. Method: Differentially expressed gene library was obtained during pig incisor and molar patterning by modified subtractive hybridization technique, then negative genes were eliminated by reverse dot blot .Finally positive genes were sequenced and qualitatively analyzed. Result: the related gene Wnt6 regulating teeth patterning was got .Conclusion : Wnt6 could play the key role in the molecular system regulating teeth patterning.
