摘要
介绍了攀钢烧结厂为完善点火制度在铺平料面、低负压点火、提高点火强度、点火器种类的选择等方面所作的研究与应用。为铺平台车边缘料面、改善边缘混合料透气性 ,增设了半圆形“分料板”,分料板垂直插入深度为30~ 5 0 mm,距台车挡板 15~ 2 5 mm,分料板与台挡板的倾角可调整 ,“折叠”式风箱实现了低负压点火 ,风箱具有除尘功能 ,解决了低负压点火的关键问题——混合料堵风箱 ,炉膛负压控制在 0~ 2 0 Pa,点火温度由 (95 0± 5 0 )℃提高到 (10 5 0± 5 0 )℃。
The research of ignition system in sintering machine, including smoothing raw material layer,low negative pressure ignition,igniting intensification,selection of igniting device,is introduced.For better raw material charging with improved permeability,a semicircle distribution board is added,which is inserted vertically in the position where excessive raw material is accumulated,at a depth from 30 mm to 50 mm,a distance to the trolley's baffle from 15 mm to 25 mm,and the angle between the trolley's baffle and the board can be regulated.With fold bellows, the low negative pressure ignition is realized,the bellows is a dust collector too.The negative pressure in igniting burner is controlled in range of 0~20 Pa,the ignition temperature is controlled within(950±50)^(1050±50) ℃.
