大型转炉多孔喷头射流与熔池作用的水模研究 被引量:22

摘要 利用 1/ 10有机玻璃模型 ,根据相似原理 ,研究了宝钢 30 0 t转炉多孔喷头射流与熔池的作用。测定了不同吹炼条件 (氧气流量、枪位高度、喷头孔数、炉容比 )下的熔池混匀时间、喷溅量、穿透深度与渣钢之间的乳化率。测定结果表明 ,氧气流量、炉容比对喷溅量影响较大 ;氧气流量、枪位高度对穿透深度有重要影响。渣钢间的乳化要求有适当的枪位高度。 6孔交错布置喷头有较好的吹炼性能。 According to similarity theory, the interaction between jets from multi-nozzle lance and bath in 300 t converter of Baosteel was investigated using 1/10 organic glass model. The mixing time, splashing capacity, penetrating depth and emulsification ratio were measured under different blowing conditions such as oxygen flux, lance position, numbers of nozzle holes and ration of converter capacity. The measurement results show that oxygen flux and ratio of converter capacity have great effect on splashing capacity. Oxygen flux and lance position have important effect on penetrating depth. The proper lance position is necessary for the emulsion between slag and molten steel. It was found that the nozzle with six outlets of interlaced arrangement has better characteristics.
