新型蓄热式燃烧技术在南钢中板厂的应用 被引量:5

摘要 论述了蓄热式高温空气燃烧技术 (HTAC)的发展历史与技术原理及其特点 ,介绍了两种蓄热体陶瓷小球和蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体的性能比较。阐述了南钢中板厂采用蓄热式 (HTAC)燃烧技术改造中板加热炉的节能、环保应用效果和技术优势及经验体会等。实践表明 ,新型高温空气燃烧技术是一项高新燃烧技术。该技术解决了多年困扰传统燃烧方法的 (低耗 )问题 ,具有污染量大幅度降低等多项优点。 The Progress history and technical principle and characteristics of regenerative high temperature air combustion (HTAC) are described.Both regenerators of little ceramic ball type and honeycomb type are compared.The energy saving and environmental protection advantages as well as experiences for use of regenerative (HTAC) technique on revamped reheating furnace in plate mill of Nanjing Iron and Steel Group Co.are introduced. It was shown that high temperature air combustion is a modern combustion technique with many advantages,such as high efficiency,less emission,less energy consumption.Many technical difficulties puzzled for many years in conventional combustion are solved.
