摘要
介绍了针对 POMINI轧机机列的实际布置状况进行的液压系统的设计 ,说明了轧机液压系统结构及系统的控制功能 ,重点介绍了在此基础上进行的液压控制系统及泵站系统原理设计 ,针对液压系统在轧机轧制工作和换辊调整控制动作时的不同进行的系统控制原理的优化 ,以及主要液压元件的计算选择。该经验对国内相关轧机液压系统的设计有一定借鉴作用。
The design of hydraulic system including pump station of POMINI mill is introduced with the structure and control functions.The control principle has been optimized according to different operation modes during rolling and adjustment after roll change.The calculation and selection of main hydraulic components are described.
