葡萄胎组织中CD44v6的表达及其与葡萄胎恶变的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨转移相关基因CD4 4v6的表达与葡萄胎恶变的关系。方法 采用SP免疫组织化学法检测 1 997~ 2 0 0 1年 93例妊娠滋养细胞疾病 (gestationaltrophoblasticdiseases ,GTD)石蜡标本中CD4 4v6表达情况。结果  93例滋养细胞疾病标本中 ,CD4 4v6表达在葡萄胎组织中的表达显著低于滋养细胞肿瘤 (P <0 0 1 ) ;71例葡萄胎组织中恶变组CD4 4v6表达阳性率显著高于未恶变组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;滋养细胞由轻度至重度增生过程中 ,CD4 4v6表达阳性率逐渐增高。中重度组的CD4 4v6表达阳性率显著高于轻度增生组 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 在不同类型GTD中CD4 4v6表达率不同 ,恶变组葡萄胎组织的CD4 4v6表达明显高于未恶变的葡萄胎组织。葡萄胎组织中CD4 Objective To study the expression of CD44v6 in hydatidiform mole and to examine its relation with the development of postmolar tumor.Methods Histological sections of samples from 93 cases of gestational trophoblastic diseases (GTD) were reevaluated for the expression of CD44v6 by immunohistochemical methods.Results In 93 GTD specimens,CD44v6 expression was stronger in gestational trophoblastic tumors than in hydatidiform mole.There was significant difference between them (P<0 01).The expression of CD44v6 in those cases that developed into persistent trophoblastic tumor was statistically higher than those spontaneously regressed (P<0 05).CD44v6 expression in trophoblastic mild proliferation was significantly lower than those in middle and high proliferation(P<0 01).Conclusion CD44v6 expression is variable in different tissue types.Expression of CD44v6 is increased in hydatidiform mole which develops into persistent trophoblastic tumor.The increased expression of CD44v6 in hydatidiform mole may influence the development of persistent gestational trophoblastic tumor,and is probably associated with the malignant change of tumor.
