摘要
目的评定GSM量表自动诊断系统的信度和效度。方法对首次诊断有抑郁症的老年人随机选择进行配对,由精神科医生应用双盲法进行抑郁症的临床诊断。结果GMS量表自动诊断系统AGECAT对老年抑郁症诊断的信度和效度高,可用于病例的诊断及筛查,也可应用于大规模流行病学调查。
OBJECTIVES Evaluating on reliability and validity of GMS-AGECAT.METHODS Matching the elderly depressions diagnosed by GMS-AGECAT at random,then retaining two clinical doctors to diagnose the patients and pairs with double blind methods. RESULTS The AGECAT has high reliability and validity ,which can be used in the screening,diagnosis and epidemic survey of the geriatric depression.
