摘要
为从发酵液中提取α-氧代-L-古龙酸(KGA),筛出较为合适的萃取剂、稀释剂、助萃剂和反萃剂。研究了 DOA 对 KGA 的萃取性能,以及 pH、无机酸和相比对萃取性能的影响。并对三级逆流萃取过程进行了串级模拟。实验结果表明,以溶剂萃取法从发酵液中提取 KGA 是可行的。
Solvent extraction of a-keto-L-gulonic acid from the fermentationliquid was studied.If includes the selection of suitable extractants,diluents,co- extractants and strippants.The extraction be haviour of extractant DOA and theeffects of pH,inorganic acids and phase ratio on the extraction equilibrium weresystematically explored.The simulation test of 3 stages countercurrent extrac-tion was also done.The experimental results have shown that extraction of α-keto-L-gulonic acid from the fermentation liquid is feasible.
