罗红霉素、西咪替丁、三蕊胶囊联合治疗痤疮临床观察

To Study the Effect of Cure Acne Combined with Roxithromycin,Cimetidine and Viaminati Capsules in Clinic

目的观察罗红霉素、西咪替丁联合三蕊胶囊治疗痤疮的疗效。方法治疗组(50例)采用罗红霉素0.15gbid、西咪替丁0.2gtid、三蕊胶囊50mgtid口服;对照组(38例)口服四环素0.5gtid。结果治疗组治愈率为56.0%,总有效率为84.0%;对照组治愈率为26.5%,总有效率为47.4%。2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论罗红霉素、西咪替丁联合三蕊胶囊治疗痤疮具有疗程短、疗效高的效果。

OBJECTIVE To realize the effect of cure Acne combined with Roxithromycin,Cimetidine and Viaminati Capsules in clinic.METHODS The 50 cases in cure group took Roxithromycin 0.15gbid,Cimetidine 0.2gtid and Viaminati Capsules 50mgtid,orally for 6 weeks;the 38 cases in against group took Tetracycline 0.5gtid orally for 6 weeks.RESULTS The cure rate is 56.0%and the total efficiency rate is 84.0%in the cure group;and,they are 26.5%and 47.4%in against group.CONCLUSION The treat phase is shorted and the effect is markedly,curing Acne combined with Roxithromycin and Cimetidine and Viaminati Capsules in clinic.
