摘要
目的了解居民卫生服务需求与利用的变化情况。方法分别于1993年、1998年和2003年在北京市东城区随机对600户居民进行卫生服务需求与利用的问卷调查。结果卫生服务的需求增长慢病患病率上升,但居民利用率下降。结论该地区应加强基层卫生组织的能力建设,采取措施降低卫生服务费用。
PURPOSE For knowing incidence rate and visit doctors in two weeks during 1993,1998 and 2003 in Dongcheng District residents.METHODS To conduct two random samples questionnaires survey on 600 household in Dongcheng District on 1993,1998 and 2003. RESULTS The chornic diseases have increased and health service needs for residents have increased but utilize for health service have been decreased.CONCLUSION To strength the health service ability in center and station of community health service and reduce medical care fee.
