摘要
以消费者个人信用信息模糊化为基础 ,以“满意度”为评估标准 ,利用模糊推理规则模拟人脑处理模糊信息的思维过程和决策过程 ,构建了个人信用等级评估模型 。
Based on the fuzzy processing of consumer credit information,taking satisfactiondegreeasthe evaluation criterion,and with the aid of fuzzy inference rules to simulate the thinking and decision-making processes of the human brain, an individual credit grade evaluation model is created, which, in turn, provides a new solution to individual consumer scoring.
