镁合金半固态压铸成形及控制技术的现状 被引量:6

The Present Situation of Forming and Controlling Technology of Magnesium Alloy Semi-solid Die-casting

摘要 介绍了镁合金半固态成形的主要技术,详细分析了镁合余半固态触变成形压铸的关键技术和工艺要领。认为半固态锭料的成形温度必须控制在较小的范围内,且锭料温度须保持均匀,建议采用中频加热和分段控制温度;半固态锭料的输送必须采用气体保护下的密闭输送;建议采用实时控制系统,实现压射曲线的最优化设计。 The main technology of magnesium alloy semi-solid forming is introduced. The key technology and technical main points of magnesium alloy semi-solid thixomolding (die-casting) is analyzed in great details. The author suggested that the forming temperature of semi-solid ingot should be controlled in a small range and kept e-quably. Intermediate frequency heating and subsection temperature controlling is adopted. The sealed semi-solid ingot should be transported under protected gas. A real time controlled system is proposed to realize the optimum design of shot curve.
