摘要
分析了低压铸造工艺的发展对液面加压和模温的要求,介绍了自行研制的低压铸造压力和模温自动控制系统的组成、工作原理和特点。实际应用表明,该系统实现了液面加压和模具温度的闭环控制,其泄漏补偿能力使液面分级线性加压具有良好的重复再现性,多种方式综合调节冷却循环实现模温合理监控,此外系统稳定可靠,人机界面便于操作。工艺装备水平的提高对优化工艺进而稳定质量、提高生产率提供了保障,进一步提高了企业竞争力。
Technology requirements of pressure and mold temperature control have been analyzed.Automatic control system of low pressure die casting has been developed,and its composition, working principle and characteristics have been described. In service, it has shown that the close loop control system is with excellent repeatability reli-ability.an stability of grading linear pressure by leakage compensation,with properly mold temperature monitoring via several monitor modes to adjust cooling cycles,and with man-machine-dialog interface to easy operation.Advanced process equipment has realized optimization of technological parameter, stable product quality and rising productivity, hence improved enterprise competitive power.
