山东省西部地区落后性分析及其发展策略研究

ANALYSIS OF THE UNDER DEVELOPMENT IN THE WESTOF SHANDONG AND STUDY ON THE STRATEGIES THE IMPROVEMENT

山东省东西部地区从经济发展水平、城镇化水平、居民生活水平,到社会文化的发展水平等方面,都存在很大的差距,东部明显高于西部.区位、自然条件、政策、文化教育等因素是造成这种差距的主要原因.促进东西部地区的协调发展、加大开放力度、培植新的经济增长点、加速城镇化进程、政府部门加强对西部地区的扶持则是西部地区的发展策略.

The western area of Shandong Province are far falling behind compared with the eastern part in economy, urbanization, living standard and social culture. It is the location, natural conditions, policy, history, and so on that mainly cause such kind of gap. The strategies for western development are to promote the harmonious development in western and eastern area, open the west to a larger degree, foster new wings to improve economy, quicken the pace of urbanization, and offer more help to the west.
