以无水乙醇或甲苯为反应介质,用β-氨基巴豆酸甲酯和间硝基苯亚甲基乙酰乙酸乙酯合成尼群地平为二级反应,速度常数分别为2.76×10^(-1)和3.90×10^(-2)L·mol^(-1).min^(-1)。
In absolute ethyl alcohol at reflux temperature,the synthesis ofnitrendipine from methyl β-aminocrotonate and ethyl m-nitrobenzylideneacetoace-rate is a reaction of second order with rate constant k=2.76×10^(-1)L·mol^(-1)·miu^(-1).The synthetic reaction in nonpolar solvent toluene was also studied.
