摘要
以新鲜人脐带为原料,用酶解法制备高分子量透明质酸。收率为脐带的0.20%,产品分子量为1.2×10~6,特性粘度为2000cm^3/g,无菌、无热原、无致炎性、无抗原性。
A process for the preparation of high molecular weight hyaluronicacid(HA)from human umbilical cords by enzymolysis is described.The overallyield of HA from fresh material was 0.20%.The product had a MW 1.2x10^6,limiting viscosity 2000cm^3/g,and was non-inflammatory,sterile,pyrogen-free,non-antigenic.
