麦白霉素肠溶片溶出度的测定和改进

建立了以同批制剂的紫外吸光度作对照的麦白霉素制剂溶出度的测定方法,该法结果不受不同批号原料组分含量差异影响。并筛选出一优良处方,其成品溶出度可提高到90%以上。

The solutions of different batches of maibaimeisu with the sameconcentration had the different absorbance in λ 232 nm because they could havethe different contents of various constitutents.Therefore,we could hardly determinethe dissolution rate according to E_(1cm)^(1%)or standard curve of the standard substance.But,using the absorbance of same batch of tablets as control,we could get anaccurate result.An ideal formula was found.Its dissolution rate above 90%。
