长效避孕埋植剂(Cla)稳定性的研究

STUDIES ON STABILITY OF LONG-TERM CONTRACEPTIVE IMPLANTS(Cla)

用 HPLC 和 IR 等方法对人体内埋植不同时间后取出的长效避孕药囊(Cla)进行稳定性测试。结果表明该药囊在人体内埋植5年后,其内容物左炔诺孕酮和载体硅橡胶的理化参数变化很小,与国外同类产品 Norplant 相比,性能大致相同.

The analyses of the long term contraceptive implants(Cla)re-moved from women after different periods of application indicated that levonor-gestrel and silastic eapsules were stable as evaluated by HPLC,IR and other me-thods after five years'implantation.There were no significant difference betweenthe implants Cla and Norplant R.
