从日本组织文化最主要的三个基本特征入手 ,探究二战以后推动日本经济高速发展的关键因素。
Through Japan′s form the mainest three fundamental features of culture to begin with, the key element promoting the rapid development of Japan′s economy aftrer the Second World War was probed.
