摘要
以生物效价85USPu/mg 的肝素钠粗品为原料,H_2O_2-H_2O_2两次氧化工艺的产品收率及质量优于 KMnO_4-H_2O_2复合氧化工艺。前一工艺的最佳条件为:H_2O_2的总用量4%,氧化时间24~32h,氧化温度26℃,pH11.0±0.2。
Taking crude product of heparin sodium of potency 85 USPu/mgas material,the yield and quality of product of the H_2O_2-H_2O_2 double oxidationprocess were superior to the KMaO_4-H_2O_2 double oxidation process.The optimumconditions of H_2O_2-H_2O_2 oxidation were:total quantity of H_2O_2 added was 4%,oxidation time and temperature were 24~32h,26℃,pH was 11.0±0.2
