摘要
将阿司匹林、碱性药物和其它解热镇痛药制成复方阿司匹林缓冲双层片,考查了阿司匹林的稳定性及其胃刺激性。结果表明本片剂可稳定两年以上,并可使阿司匹林对胃的刺激性显著降低。
The compound aspirin double-layered tablets were prepared.The tablets were composed of aspirin,alkaline drugs and other analgesics.Thestability and the irritation to stomach for the tablets were studied.The resultswere that the shelf-life was over 2 years and the irritation to stomach could bereduced significantly.
