综述了重组白细胞介素-2(rIL-2)的理化性质、生物效应,以及研究开发,包括工程菌发酵、分离纯化、活性测定等工艺开发及质量控制的进展。
The physical and chemical properties,biological responses,andthe progress in research and development of rIL-2,including the process deve-lopment,i.e.the fermentation of recombinant strain,separation and purifica-tion,biological assay and quality control are reviewed.
