摘要
通过拉伸实验及时效曲线研究了回归时间对试验用 Al- Zn- Mg- Cu系铝合金力学性能的影响 ,结果表明不含 Ag的 7XXX合金随回归时间的增加强度下降 ,延伸率在 30 0 s时达到峰值 ;而由于微量 Ag的加入 ,改变了 GP区及 η′相溶解温度范围 ,提高了 7XXX铝合金 GP区及 η′相的稳定性 ,合金经回归再时效处理后强度略有下降 ,延伸率有较大幅度的增加。
The effect of RRA(Retrogression and Re-aging)treatment on the mechanical properties of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu aluminum alloys was investigated using tensile test and aging curves. The result shows that the strength of 7XXX alloy without Ag decreases with the increasing of retrogression time, the peak of elongation is achieved at 300s;while GP zones and η′ phase solution temperature range are changed because of the additon of trace Ag,the stability of GP zones and η′ phase of 7XXX are improved; the strength of the alloy decreases and the elongation increases dramatically after RRA treatment.
