摘要
甘酮酸100或200mg/kg ip一次,对 Shay 氏法幽门结扎大鼠能抑制溃疡形成,减少胃液的分秘;对阿司匹林诱发的大鼠出血性溃疡有抑制作用。甘酮酸100或200mg/kg po 10次,能抑制醋酸诱发的大鼠慢性溃疡,其抗溃疡作用与日本已上市的 FM100(Aspalon)相似。
Gantongsuan,a fraction of licorice root,when 100～200mg/kggiven intraperitoneally,showed protective effect on ulceration and inhibition ofgastric secretion in pylorus ligated rats(Shay rats).It inhibited gastric ulcerinduced by aspirin.Oral administration of 100,200mg/kg×10 caused a potentinhibition of the acetic acid induced chronic gastric ulcer in rats.Its effectsagainst peptic ulcer were comparable to FM100(Aspalon).
