摘要
在红外光谱中红外区选择三个适当的吸收波长和相应的基线点,计算每一组份在各波长的吸光系数后,便可采用矩阵分析法,同时准确测定甲苯咪唑多晶型混合物中每一晶型的百分含量。
In the middle infrared region of IR spectrum,three suitable detec-tion wave lenths and corresponding base-line points were selected.According tothe absorbancy indexes of three polymorphic forms at the each wave lenths calcu-lated,the percent content of each form in mixture of polymorphic forms of me-bendazole could be determined simultaneously and accurately,by matrix analy-sis.
