冬葵子和苘麻子使用变迁考

Textual Research of Change of Seed of Malva Crispa and Seed of Abutilon Theophrasti

作者对冬葵子和苘麻子进行了本草考证,认为冬葵子的原植物为冬葵Malva crispa和野葵M. verticillata var.verticillata,苘麻子的原植物为苘麻Abutilon theophrasti,从而纠正了有关文献对冬葵子原植物记载的错误。商品和临床应用调查可知,临床应用的冬葵子均被苘麻子所代替。作者进一步考证了两药使用的变迁情况,讨论了苘麻子完全代替冬葵子的原因,提出了解决有关问题的建议。

Seed of Malva Crispa and seed of Abutilon Theophasti had been examined. It was considered that the original plant of seed of Malva Crispa is Malva Crispa and M. verticillata Var. verticillata, the original plant of seed of Abutilon Theophrasti. Therefore, the mistake of record for seed of Malva Crispa in relevant documents was corrected. Seed of Malva Crispa in stead of seed of Abutilon Theophrasti was used in clinic through investigation. And the author had further checked the changes of application of both drugs, discussed the cause of confusion of both drugs, and put forward a suggestion to solve the problem.
