仲景著作文献研究简议

Brief Discussion of Documentary Research on Zhongjing's Works

仲景著作的文献研究,至今仍有许多问题有待进一步探索。文章从仲景著作之考证、《伤寒杂病论》传本研究、《伤寒论》内容与体例探讨三个方面发表了见解。广采博引大量资料,认为宋以前一些医籍中《五脏论》、《疗黄经》、《口齿论》等篇系假托仲景之作。《伤寒杂病论》传本中当以《脉经》、《千金翼》及王洙所得旧藏本更接近原书内容。“伤寒例”原属仲景旧论;“平脉法”、“辨脉法”系《伤寒论》内容,且非仲景杜撰;汗、吐、下等诸“可”与“不可”当出于仲景遗论之中。

There are many problems of the documentary researches on Zhongjing's works expecting to be further explored up to now. Opinions had been put forward in the there fields of the textual research of Zhongjing's works, the edition-passed research of 'Treatise on Febrile Miscellaneous Diseases Caused by Cold' and the exploration of the content and style of 'Treatise on Febrile Diseases Caused by Cold' in this article. It was considered that some medical works of 'Treatise on Five Zang' , 'Canon of Treating Jaundice' and 'Treatise on Mouth & Tooth' etc. before the Song Dynasty were not Zhongjing's works. 'Canon of Pulse', 'Qian Jin Yi' and Wang Zhu's old edition-collected were more similar to 'Treatise on Febrile Miscellanous Diseases Caused by cold' in the content. 'Cases of Febrile Diseases Caused by cold' belonged to original works. 'Feeling Pulse Method' and 'Differentiating Pulse Method' were the content of 'Treatise on Febrile Diseases Caused by Cold' , but which was not written by Zhongjing. The methods of diaphosesis, emesis, and purgation and the treatment principles of 'may' or 'not may' originated from Zhongjing's posthumous work.
