摘要
从云南铁杉 (Tsugadumosa)心材中提取分离得到 8个木脂素 ,采用波谱方法鉴定了它们的结构。其中化合物 1(4,8 dihydroxyepipinoresinol)为新化合物 ,2～ 8为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
A new lignan,named 4,8-dihydroxyepipinoresinol (1),was isolated from the methanol extract of the heartwoods of Tsuga dumosa,together with seven known lignans (2-8).Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence.It is first time that compounds 2-8 were isolated from this plant.
