用红外光谱法鉴别黄连和大黄 被引量:5

摘要 用统一的提取分离方法对植物药进行处理,然后测定其提取物的红外光谱。由该方法获得的植物药的红外光谱具有较高的特征性和可重复性。本文以黄连和大黄为例,通过对中国药品生物制品检定所提供的药材对照品和笔者收集的药材进行对比测试分析以显示该方法独特的鉴别效果。利用药材对照品和检品红外光谱的吻合程度来判断检品的归属是非常直观、方便和准确的。将植物药红外光谱数据输入计算机,还可利用计算机进行检索。 The Chinese herbal extracts obtained by the same isolation procedure had been determined by IR spectra. These results showed that IR spectra had a higher characteristic and repeatability. That Rhizoma Coptidis & Radix et Rhizoma Rhei served as subjects, and the standard samples supplied by the National Institute for the Control of Pharmacy and Biological Products were determined, compared and analysed. These results showed that IR spectrophotometry was very audio-visual, conveniet and precise to distinguish the characteristics of subjects. By loading the data of IR spectra of Chinese herbs into computer, the results could be also analysed automatically.
