摘要
卫生事业综合效益评价是一项新的工作,这项工作对于强化宏观管理,有效地解决当前资源短缺与浪费并存的矛盾,促进管理科学化具有十分重要的现实意义。做好综合效益评价工作,就要有一套科学的,能够反映各级各类卫生机构综合效益水平的评价指标和评价方法。根据黑龙江省地区特点,我们首先选择综合医院作为评价领域,采取专业理论学者与实际管理专家相结合的方法,通过召开专题讨论会。
The evaluation of the comprehensive benefits of health service, a newly
launched work, will make important contributions to strengthening the overall
management, resolving the problems of present shortage and waste of health service
resources, and promoting more scientific management of health service. According to
the regional characteristics of Heilongjiang province, the authors selected 34 targets of
9items for the evaluation of the comprehensive benefits of general hospitals and, by
using these targets and the method of sampling survey, made the investigation and
evaluation in the province's 13 hospitals of 4 different levels.
