影响我国医院技术进步的几个主要因素浅析

Main Factors Affecting the Technological Advances in Hospitals of Our Country

目前我国绝大多数医院技术落后,管理水平差,医疗服务质量低。要改变这一处境的唯一途径就是推进医院技术的全面进步,实现从粗放式的技术要求向集约式的技术方向发展、从物质投入主导型向科技进步主导型的转变。目前影响我国医院技术全面进步的几个主要因素是:

1. A lack of overall technological policies, of direction and restriction mechanisms leads to imbalance and low-level circulation in technological development of hospitals. 2. A lack of internal driving mechanisms for tech- nological advances, of an all-round technological competition evidently damps the technological advances in hospitals. 3. Certain types of short- term goals and activities appeared in a number of hospitals after implementa- tion of the director responsibility system. 4. Shortage of funds for technologi- cal advances in hospitals. 5. Insufficient utilization of imported techmiques in creative work.
