The article describes (1) collection, (2) analyses, (3) processing and (4)
feedback of thought information in hospital. This work is systematically car-
ried out by the hospital's special organ and leading cadres. The purpose is to
help raise the efficiency of ideological and political work, fully arouse the en-
thusiasm of the whole staff so as to substantially increase the hospital's ben-
