氨苄青霉素配伍中的稳定性探讨

本文对氨苄青霉素在临床上常见的配伍情况结合pH、温度进行了稳定性探讨,找出了氨苄青霉素最稳定的pH范围,在不同制剂中温度与最长存放时间的关系。并提出了较合理的配伍方法,可供临床应用时参考。

The article probed into the common olinichl compatibility and stability of Ampicillin combining pH and temperatures. It found out the most stable pH range and the relation between the temperature and the longest storage time among dif- ferent preparations. It also suggested rational compatible methods which can be used for reference in clinical practice.
