摘要
本文比较了山茱萸肉、核及不同量核取代山茱萸肉的六味地黄丸中熊果酸含量,试验表明,含一定量的核代山茱萸肉的六味地黄丸熊果酸含量符合中国药典标准。仅以熊果酸含量不能完全控制制剂中山茱萸质量,本文以测定熊果酸含量并配合薄层层析图谱控制六味地黄丸中山茱萸质量。
The authors compared the ursolic acid content in the cornel pulps, cornel st-
ones and in the liuwei dihuang pills in which the cornel pulps were replaced by
variety quantity of cornel stones. The ursolic acid content in the pill, in which
the cornel pulps were replaced by a certain quantity of stones, accorded with
china pharmacopoeia standard. It can't completly control the quality of corni
in Liuwei Dihuang pills only by determining ursolic acid. This paper controls the
quality of corni in Liuwei Dihuang pills by determining ursolic acid and abserv-
