Study on Stability of Acyclovir Cyclocytidine and Cytarabine in Transfusion Fluids

无环鸟苷是一个疗效好、毒副作用少的抗病毒药。目前在临床上已广泛用于治疗皮肤科和眼科的各种疮疹病毒感染。

Acyclovir (ACV) is an effective antivirus agent with little side effects. It has been widely used clinically in vasious vieus infections of skin and eyes. In recent years, intravenous drips of ACV have been used in the foreign countries. In the paper, we studied the stability of ACV, cyclocytidine and cytarabine in transfusion fluids. It showed that they were all stabie in the fluids, and their levels, pH and appearances were not significantly changed. It provided the valu- able data for the rational use of these agents clinically.
