摘要
采用导数分光光度法可不经分离直接测定炎痛喜康注射液的含量。该法简便,快速且可排除分解产物2—氮基吡啶的干扰。其平均回收率为100.47%,变异系数为0.58%。
Piroxicam injection was determined without pretreatment by derivative spec-
trometry. The method was simple, rapid and was not linterfered by hydrolyzate
(2-aminopydine). The average recovery of piroxicam wa 100.47%, The coeffici-
ent of variation was 0.80%.
