摘要
本文采用二阶导数光谱法测定酮基布洛芬栓的含量,以255±1nm处为测定波长,排除了基质的干扰,具简便快速。平均回收率为99.80%,CV=1.51%
Ketoprofen suppository was quantitatively determined by UV second deriva-
tiye spectrum, the determining wavelength was 255nm. The method was convenient
and fast. The interference could be eliminated by this way. The average rec-
overy was 99.8%, and Cv, 1.51%.
