摘要
本文研制了2%高粘性甲基纤维素的特殊制备方法,解决了滤过困难、澄明度不合格等问题。观察了其临床应用对术后眼压、视力及其他方面的影响,证明其对眼局部及全身无任何不良反应。
This article has proved methylcellulose to be no adverse reactions to of eyesand the while body by observing mainly the effects of the clinical applicationsof 2% methylcellulose sticker to sight, intraocular pressure, and the inflammationafter operation. The special compounding method without filteration difficultyand clarity problem was described.
