多虑平乳膏的研制及其含量测定

Preparaton of doxepin cream and its determination by UV spectrophotometry

多虑平乳膏神厥穴贴敷治疗各型荨麻疹具有特效。本文报道了多虑平乳膏的制备工艺,选用非离子型表面活性剂吐温80作乳化剂,氮酮作透皮吸收促进剂,经两年多时间观察,乳膏质量稳定,采用紫外分光光度法测定本品的含量,操作简便,快速,平均回收率为99.35%,变异系数为0.5%。

Doxepin cream has specific efficacy for treatmant of differant types of urticarfa by application on shen jue, The cream wasprepared with nonionic surface agent, Tween 80 as emulsifying agent, Azone as percutaneous absorption acceleator. The obser-vation has been carried out for more than two years. It is stable. The content of doxepin in cream was determined by UV spec-trophotometry. The procedure was simple and rapid. The average recovery was 99.35% (CV0.5%)
