2003年,银行间本外币市场交易量再创历史新高。面对"非典"疫情和人民币升值压力,中国外汇交易中心暨全国银行间同业拆借中心在保证各系统稳定、高效运行的基础上,着力打造交易、信息、监管服务平台,上线五大新系统;实施十项新服务,提升市场服务有效性;举办"中国外汇市场发展国际研讨会";完成多项技术、业务创新研究,积极推进机制体制创新,在系统建设和业务服务等各方面均创佳绩。
In 2003, the trading volume hit record high in both the interbank FX and the RMB market.In face of the SARS epidemic and the pressures on RMB appreciation,the China Foreign Exchange Trade System also knows as National Interbank Funding Center, on the basis of ensuring smooth and effective operation of all systems,spared no effort in optimizing platforms for trading, information and supervision via launching five new systems; it improved the effectiveness of market service by introducing ten new services;it held the 'Seminar on China's Forex Market Development'; it completed several researches in technical and business innovation, actively enhanced innovations on system and mechanism, and scored achievements in the aspects of system construction and business services.
