抗心律失常药盐酸氯卡胺的血药浓度监测及药效学

Determination of blood concentration of an antiarrhythmic drug lorcainide hydrochloride and its pharmacodynamic study

本文应用高效液相色谱法监测10例早搏患者口服盐酸氯卡胺稳态血药浓度,其有效谷浓度范围为0.15～0.40μg/ml,24h Holter记录表明4例显效,3例有效。对本药经短期服用对肝、肾、心功能及心电图的影响进行了观察。

Steady-state blood concentration of an antiarrhythmic drug lorcainide hydrochloride in 10 patients withventricular or atrial premature beat was determined by HPLC. Satisfactory results were obtained through24-hours Holter's examination in 7 patients showing serum level ranging 150～400ng/ml. The effects onliver, kidney, cardiac and ECG were observed during short period of therapy.
